Toto Wolff and Lewis Hamilton motivate: ‘We fight till the end’

After another defeat to Max Verstappen, Lewis Hamilton is making a new motivational statement. He is not thinking of limping, but rather strengthening the team spirit of Mercedes AMG F1. Toto Wolff and Lewis Hamilton supporting the people behind it and once again signalling that they will never give up. This time, they are the most haunting quotes that even I will write here.

Lewis Hamilton – “We fight till the end”

The seven-time Formula One World Champion finished fourth at the Austrian Grand Prix, and that was a tough place to be. Despite the moral pressure from the press, fans and the current mood in the Mercedes F1 team Hamilton posted on his Instagram story on Sunday evening:

It is times like these that we must stay vigilant, focused and determined. Giving up is never an option.

“We fight till the end.”

“These past five races have been hard but I stay positive with the belief I have in my team that we will fight back. Onto the next one.”

Toto Wolff has also urged the team not to give up.

Lewis Hamilton and Toto Wolff support the whole team. Speaking to The Guardian after Sunday’s Austrian race, the Mercedes boss Toto Wolff make another motivational statement and reiterated that the reigning champion has no plans to quit Red Bull.

We never resign any battle, it’s the last thing we do,”

“All these years I have tried to keep our feet on the ground and not be carried away with performance. Now I need to do the opposite.

“ We are not going to give up at this stage of the season and we are not going to give up at any stage until it is mathematically impossible to win this championship.”  – said Toto Wolff.

2) Lewis Hamilton 150 3 2

Meanwhile on social media there is a debate about whether Mercedes can beat Red Bull on the Silverstone track, then they can’t win at all. Sky F1’s Damon Hill believes Lewis Hamilton now faces a “tough” challenge to beat Max Verstappen to this year’s world title after losing ground at the Austrian Grand Prix on Sunday.

But we will soon find out if Damon Hill is right at Silverstone 16-18 July. However, Damon Hill often makes mistakes, and Mercedes F1 team always has a reserve ace in the cache.
